A delicious gift to help save men from an infertility

Infertility is becoming a significant problem lately and most couples suffer from it, especially among men.  But the great news is that it’s very easy to avoid and just eating an easy thing a day can prevent this significant issue.

This was revealed during a new medical study.

The study found a link between the habit of eating nuts (almonds, walnuts, etc.) and therefore the quality of sperm in men.

Research has shown that lifestyle and environmental factors affect sperm quality and performance, resulting in an increased risk of infertility.

The study, published within the medical journal Journal of Oncology, checked out when and the way eating nuts changes sperm DNA methylation.

  • For this purpose, 72 healthy and non-smoking children are going to be hired.
  • Of these, 48 got a mix of almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts, while the opposite group’s diet didn’t include nuts.
  • The researchers then compared the sperm DNA rates of the 2 groups.

The results showed no global changes within the DNA of any of the groups, but significant changes within the 36 genomic regions of the nut-eating group from the start to the top of the trial.

Earlier, a medical study conducted in Spain in 2018 also said that daily consumption of nuts like almonds and walnuts can help men to stop infertility.

Research has shown that eating these seeds daily improves sperm quality, which reduces the danger of infertility. During the study, researchers divided 119 men between the ages of 18 & 35 into two groups.

One group was given 60 grams of almonds and walnuts daily while the opposite group was bereft of nuts.

After 14 weeks, it had been found that sperm quality improved in people that ate nuts, while there was a big reduction within the factors that cause infertility.

Research has shown that foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants like vitamins C and E, selenium and zinc can help protect men from infertility. The important thing is that almonds and walnuts are filled with these ingredients.

“We’re not saying that nuts should be an integral part of the diet, but the evidence suggests that a healthy lifestyle protects against infertility & nuts are definitely an honest a part of a healthy diet plan,” the researchers said.
