The study participants were divided into two groups, one group was fed 2 to 3 whole eggs on a daily basis while the other group was fed other foods as an alternative to eggs. Research has shown that;

- * Bad cholesterol (LDL) levels usually do not change but sometimes they appear to be rising.
- * Eggs containing omega-3 fatty acids lower blood triglycerides, which is a sign of danger.

The researchers, therefore, concluded that the use of whole eggs reacted differently to each individual because 70% of people did not experience any change in bad cholesterol levels due to the use of eggs, while 30% observed hyperresponsiveness.

People with high HDL cholesterol have a lower risk of heart disease. Through this research, experts agree that it is perfectly safe for healthy people to use 2 to 3 eggs a day.
