The cholesterol in egg yolks is not so dangerous because the less fat you eat, the less fat your body produces. That is why eggs do not significantly increase cholesterol levels. Today’s article highlights how many eggs are safe for the human body to use daily.

The human body and cholesterol levels

In general, most people consider cholesterol to be harmful to health. This is probably due to some studies, in which the excess cholesterol in the body has been found to cause heart disease and early death, but so far there is insufficient evidence in this regard.

Cholesterol is of two types, low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and high-density lipoprotein (HDL). Good cholesterol is called HDL and bad is called LDL.

However, cholesterol cannot be called fat, because it does not produce energy whereas fat produces energy.

Given the importance of cholesterol, there is a wide range of ways to make cholesterol in the human body, because getting cholesterol from diet alone is not the only option.

This is a small change in the total amount of cholesterol in the body. Medical experts warn that if the level of cholesterol in the blood is high, people should avoid eating foods that contain cholesterol because in this case, there is a risk of an increase in cholesterol levels.
