The researchers found that patients who followed a low-carbohydrate diet had a higher cure rate than others after six months.

People who ate this type of food had a 32% higher rate of progress in overcoming diabetes.

People who continued to use this type of diet also lost weight, increased their healthy body fat, and reduced their medication intake.
