Fruits and Vegetables Are Best Depression Treatment [New Research]: A large study has shown that eating fruits and vegetables at any age can reduce stress and depression.

Australia’s Edith Cowan University (ECU) surveyed 8,600 people in an interesting survey.

This included people between the ages of 25 and 91.

A database of all participants was taken from the Australian Diabetes, Asteroid, and Lifestyle (ASD) collection compiled by the Baker Heart and Diabetes Center.

The study concludes that if 470 grams of fruits and vegetables are eaten daily, it reduces stress by up to 10% compared to those who eat 230 grams of fruits and vegetables.

It should be noted that the World Health Organization (WHO) has also set a standard of eating at least 400 grams of fruits and vegetables daily.

There is a significant link between vegetables, fruits, and mental health, said lead researcher Simon Redwali and colleagues.
