Instagram Introducing Feed Stories like TikTok: Instagram had earlier introduced a copy of the most important feature of TikTok under the name of Rails and now it is going to make another important aspect of the Chinese social media app part of its application.
Instagram is working on introducing a vertical feed for stories, mimicking another aspect of TikTok’s design.
According to a report by TechCrunch, the Stories feed will also be like a reel in which users will be able to watch content by swiping up and down like TikTok videos instead of left and right.
The Vertical Stories feature is not yet being tested, but the code for this change has been revealed.
Stories based on rail replicas will be able to collect multiple Instagram feeds.
If the stories are also vertical, not only will they be able to match the rails, but it will also be an original feature of the app, ie scrolling stories.
Some time ago, the head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri, said in an interview that 2020 was the year of many experiments while 2021 will be the year of making these experiments better and easier.
The company is already testing changes to the content in the stores.
Under these changes, the content of the Instagram feed will not be published in stores, which is intended to simplify the process.
